Summary
OEDIT-administered grant program for Colorado-based innovative housing manufacturers (modular, panelized, tiny homes, kit homes, ADUs, 3D-printed homes). Two funding mechanisms: (a) Working Capital Grant — reimburses up to 20% of monthly operating expenses, up to $350,000 (or $450,000 for businesses in Tier 1 Just Transition Communities), with an additional $50,000 affordable-housing bonus if at least 10% of production is deed-restricted affordable. (b) Per-Unit Incentive — $1,500 to $6,000 per unit manufactured and installed in Colorado, with higher amounts for affordable + energy-efficient units. Companion loan program (CHFA-administered) is OUT-OF-SCOPE per catalog (loans). Open for rolling applications since December 2022.
